For US orders:

All shipping services used by provide a tracking number and insurance. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10:00 PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 10:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

The customer is responsible for all customs fees, including taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees determined at the border prior to delivery. The carrier service will collect these charges at the time of delivery.



Return Policy

Purchased Online: 

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply contact our Customer Care team: to request a return authorization number.


Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back to our Online department in a prepaid package. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with the price tags intact along with the original invoice/receipt.


Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment for returns, excluding the original shipping costs. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refund is processed. You will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment.
